These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Acronus website and services. By accessing or using Acronus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Acronus and the mystery packs featured on it are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.
Acronus provides transparency tools for mystery card packs — including live odds, pull tracking, and card lists. Card values shown are estimates based on our own assessment and are not guarantees. The value of cards you receive may be higher or lower than the price paid, and outcomes are inherently uncertain. Nothing on the platform is financial or investment advice.
Streamer and administrator accounts are provided at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must not share access or attempt to access areas of the platform you are not authorised to use.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or by submitting false, abusive, or unlawful content through our forms.
The Acronus name, branding, site design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Card names and images may be the property of their respective rights holders and are used for identification purposes only.
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on estimated values or availability shown on the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
